Terms of Payment:

Contracts are signed at the initial phase and deposit payment.

50% before work commences as deposit.

40% at roofing phase.

10% on completion.

Alternatively, 100% cash payment before work commences attracts a 2.5% discount.

Construction Time:

We aim for 6-8 months completion from period of receipt of initial deposit. 4 bed plus properties completion periods within 9 months.
